Refund policy
The management at Learnbea deeply appreciates the trust you have bestowed upon us by purchasing our services and courseware.
With respect to the refund policy, please find the same mentioned below. Please know that when you purchase our course, you agree to the terms and conditions, terms of use, privacy policy, refund policy and our rescheduling policy.
Refund Policy for Simulated/ Online-Self-Paced Trainings:
The refund request must be raised by the participant within 21 days of the purchase of the course and the courseware.
If the refund is requested:
- Within 3 days of the purchase of the course, the participant is eligible to receive a hundred percent refund of the amount paid.
- Between 3-10 days of the purchase of the course, the participant is eligible to receive an eighty percent refund of the amount paid.
- Between 11-21 days of the purchase of the course, the participant is eligible to receive a forty percent refund of the amount paid.
The refund request will be considered nullified and void if the participant has downloaded the e-material provided to him.
Refund Policy for Instructor-Led Live Virtual Class/ Classroom Trainings:
The refund request must be raised by the participant 30 days prior to the commencement of the course or program.
If the cancellation is done by the delegate and refund request is raised:
- 30 days prior to the commencement of the course, the participant is eligible to receive an eighty percent refund of the amount paid.
- 7 days (or more) prior to the commencement of the course, the participant is eligible to receive a forty percent refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the course, no refunds shall be processed.
The refund request will be considered nullified and void if the participant has downloaded the e-material provided to him or has attended the Online Live Virtual Class trainings for a period more than 1 day.
In case of classroom trainings being conducted in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, if the cancellation is done from female participant’s end, then the cost borne by Learnbea to seek the required training approval from the local government approving of her attendance will be deducted from the fees initially paid by the participant for the courseware, and the refund will be processed after the deduction.
If the cancellation happens from he facilitator’s end (“Learnbea”), then we guarantee a full refund of the amount paid.
Learnbea will not be liable to pay the personal expenses or any other expenses including logistics, accommodation, and other costs, of participants in case of postponement or cancellation of the workshop or any other circumstances.

Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate payments, Learnbea will process the refund within 21 days from the date of duplicate payment made by the participant.
Limitation of Liability
If due to any unforeseen circumstances outside the control of Learnbea or any other special circumstances, the refund takes longer than the above mentioned time, then you agree to and acknowledge to indemnify and hold us and our parties (directors, partners, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents or licensors) harmless against any liabilities, losses, claims or any other expenses resulting due to the delay in processing the refund.
You agree to bear with us and agree to be patient with us during the entire refund process.
